Role description

A fantastic opportunity exists for a professional and customer focused Receptionist – Aquatic Centre to support the effective daily operations of our Aquatic Centre. In this frontline role, you will provide a welcoming, efficient and high-quality reception services to students, staff, parents and visitors, while supporting bookings, administration and customer enquiries.
The role is a casual position and will commence in late July 2026.
The Role
· Deliver professional, friendly and efficient reception and customer service the Aquatic Centre.
· Coordinate and manage Aquatic Centre and Swim Club bookings, ensuring timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
· Respond to enquiries and support students, families, staff and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Aquatics, including record management.
· Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records and accounts.
· Support safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day operations of the Aquatic Centre.
· Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and undertake other duties as required.
