Trinity Grammar School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Field Studies Centre from 2027 in Woollamia as Residential Operations Co-ordinator.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced educator, pastoral leader or residential professional to combine meaningful student care with operational leadership in one of the School’s most innovative and transformative educational settings.
At Trinity, we believe education extends beyond the classroom. The Field Studies Centre provides students with an immersive experience where academic learning, outdoor education and personal growth come together. As Residential Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating the environment where young people are challenged, supported and inspired to flourish.
