Role description

Exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s newest and fastest-growing independent schools. Opening in 2023 with just over 180 students from Prep to Year 7, our dynamic learning community will grow to more than 900 students next year and will continue to expand into a thriving P–12 College of over 1,200 students.

Our Stage 1 Leaders of Learning provide curriculum and pedagogical leadership across Year 1 and Year 2, supporting teachers to design rich learning experiences that develop deep understanding, curiosity and character. Through coaching, mentoring and collaborative professional learning, the Leader of Learning builds teacher capacity, strengthens curriculum design and wholistic assessment practices, and supports the continual growth of both teachers and students.
