About the role

Santa Maria College is a Catholic Girls’ Secondary School enriched with the tradition of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan catering for over 800 students from Year 7–12. We are seeking candidates looking for temporary employment available across 5 days. Must be available September and October 2026. Someone who we can call upon when a staff member is on leave.

About the Role:

Working under the direction of the HR Manager, this administration role will be responsible for supporting the administration team at the College during leaves of absence, working across both reception and/or Student Services. This role will also share the role of First Aid Officer when onsite.

The Administration Officer works with discretion and confidentiality and is the first point of contact for monitoring communications and workflow, presenting a professional, warm, positive and welcoming presence, engaging with the wider School community in a manner that brings credit to the school.
