Role description
About the role
The Director of Catholic Identity and Mission provides strategic leadership for the faith life, Catholic identity and mission of Marian College. Grounded in the Brigidine charism and Kildare Ministries values, the role leads faith formation, liturgy, service and social justice initiatives, fostering a vibrant and contemporary expression of Catholic education.
Working closely with the Principal and Executive team, the Director strengthens a culture of faith, belonging and purpose, ensuring Catholic identity remains visible, authentic and transformative across all aspects of College life.
