About the role
The Director of Student Growth & Engagement provides strategic leadership for student wellbeing, engagement and success across the College. Leading the implementation of the Whole Student Framework, the role ensures wellbeing and learning are closely connected to support student participation, achievement and growth. Working collaboratively with staff and families, the Director fosters a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every student is known, valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
