Role description
About the role
The Director of Professional Growth & Practice provides strategic leadership for staff development, coaching and teaching excellence across the College. Leading the whole-school coaching and pedagogical development model, the role fosters a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice and professional learning. Working closely with the Assistant Principal: Learning and Teaching and the Pedagogy Coaching Team, the Director drives the consistent implementation of high-impact teaching practices, ensuring professional growth is aligned with College priorities and focused on improving student engagement, achievement and wellbeing.
