Role description
About the role
The Director of Organisation and Systems provides strategic leadership for College operations, organisational processes and key learning systems. The role oversees operational functions including calendar management, events, staffing processes and organisational logistics, ensuring efficient and effective College operations. Working collaboratively with leaders across the College, the Director also leads the management of key learning platforms and systems, supporting high-quality teaching, learning and data-informed decision-making. Through innovation and continuous improvement, the role enhances organisational effectiveness and maximises learning opportunities for students and staff.
