Role description
About the role
The Director of Learning & Innovation provides strategic leadership for teaching, learning, curriculum and assessment across the College. Working collaboratively with Learning Area Leaders and staff, the role drives excellence, innovation and continuous improvement in educational practice. Through curriculum leadership, high-impact assessment practices and evidence-informed decision-making, the Director fosters a culture of high expectations and professional growth, ensuring every student is challenged, supported and prepared to thrive in a changing world.
