Role description
About the role
The Director of Equity & Inclusion provides strategic leadership for inclusive education, student support and learning diversity across the College. Working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies, the role leads programs and initiatives that promote equitable access to learning and support the success of all students. The Director strengthens inclusive teaching practices, oversees targeted student support and NCCD processes, and drives a culture where every learner is valued, supported and empowered to achieve their potential.
