Role description
About the role
The Year Level Leader provides leadership for student wellbeing, engagement and learning within their year level. Working within the College’s Mission, Vision and Kildare values, the role leads the implementation of wellbeing and behaviour expectations, supports student growth, and fosters a positive and inclusive year level culture. Leading the Wellbeing & Learning Care Team, the Year Level Leader uses data-informed practice and strong relationships to ensure every student is known, supported, challenged and connected, promoting both personal wellbeing and academic success.
