Role description
About the role
The Pedagogy Coach supports teachers to strengthen instructional practice, professional growth and student learning outcomes through the College’s whole-school coaching model. Working closely with the Director of Professional Growth & Practice, the role facilitates coaching cycles, classroom observations, feedback conversations and professional learning. Using evidence, student data and the Science of Learning, the Pedagogy Coach helps embed high-impact teaching practices and the Marian Instructional Model, fostering a culture of collaboration, reflective practice and continuous improvement across the College.
