Role description
About the role
The Learning Area Leader provides leadership within a specific learning area to strengthen curriculum, teaching practice, assessment and student learning growth. Working collaboratively with staff and College leaders, the role ensures curriculum programs are engaging, inclusive and aligned with College priorities and curriculum requirements. Through coaching, collaboration and the effective use of data, the Learning Area Leader fosters a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement and innovation, supporting staff development and improving learning outcomes for all students.
