Role description
About the role
The Student Growth Leader is a student-focused learning leadership role that promotes academic engagement, learning growth and student agency. Working collaboratively within the Wellbeing & Learning Care Team, the role uses learning data, assessment information and student feedback to identify opportunities for intervention, extension and challenge. The Student Growth Leader supports students to understand their progress, develop effective learning habits and achieve their potential, while contributing to a connected approach to wellbeing, engagement and learning across the year level.
