Role description

About the role

Working closely with classroom teachers, Learning Support Officers, families and external professionals, you will support students through targeted intervention, inclusive classroom practices and individual learning adjustments. You will also play an important role in strengthening whole-school inclusive practices and helping every student reach their potential.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be passionate about inclusive education and student wellbeing.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
  • Support teachers to implement effective adjustments and evidence-based inclusive practices.
  • Use assessment data to plan and deliver targeted intervention.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a highly supportive Learning Diversity team.
  • Be committed to the values and mission of Catholic education.
