Role description

Blending old with new, the beautiful Cabra campus is just 10 minutes south of Adelaide, CBD. Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Information Technology Support Officer to commence as soon as possible.

The position is permanent, full-time for 37.5 hours per week, 48 weeks per year.

About You

  • Experience in an ICT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk role, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft environments, operating systems, software applications and device management.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and a commitment to the safe, secure and compliant use of technology.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Committed to supporting the values, vision and mission of Cabra Dominican College and the Dominican tradition.

Key Responsibilities
