Role description
Blending old with new, the beautiful Cabra campus is just 10 minutes south of Adelaide, CBD. Cabra Dominican College offers an exceptional Catholic co-educational experience for students in Years 7 – 12. Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Information Technology Support Officer to commence as soon as possible.
The position is permanent, full-time for 37.5 hours per week, 48 weeks per year.
About You
- Experience in an ICT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk role, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft environments, operating systems, software applications and device management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and a commitment to the safe, secure and compliant use of technology.
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Committed to supporting the values, vision and mission of Cabra Dominican College and the Dominican tradition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 ICT support to staff and students, responding to requests through the Helpdesk, email, phone and face-to-face channels.
