Role description
Netley Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher (0.6 FTE) to join our passionate team of early childhood educators. Our service is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment where children are encouraged to explore, create, and develop essential self-regulation skills.

Located in a vibrant, multicultural community, Netley Kindergarten boasts a large, natural outdoor play space featuring water and mud play, native plant gardens, and dedicated nature play areas. Our learning environment celebrates the diversity of our children and families, fostering respect, belonging, and understanding every day.
Our Teaching Philosophy:
We strongly value rich sensory experiences, creative arts and making, music and movement, and explicit teaching to support each child's wellbeing and development. Our approach is guided by contemporary research on self-regulation and the importance of play in early learning. The successful applicant will join a team that values collaboration, reflective practice, ongoing professional development and a commitment to embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Perspectives authentically.
