The Role
Shark Bay School is searching for a vibrant, innovative, and experienced Learning Support Coordinator with comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures. The role will include line management of the Educational Assistant staff.
The Learning Support Coordinator will have a hands-on role, leading teachers to develop and implement student centred curriculum and assessment adjustments, to allow students with both diagnosed and imputed disabilities to achieve success within the school’s mainstream context. The Learning Support Coordinator will work in collaboration with staff to strengthen the professional development of teaching within the Special Educational Needs (SEN) domain.
