We are seeking an energetic, innovative, and organised Head of Sport (K-12) to lead and elevate all aspects of our school-based and representative sports programs. This is a pivotal leadership role within the College, perfect for a professional who thrives on building community spirit, fostering elite and inclusive sporting pathways, and mentoring both staff and students.
As a key leader, you will champion our Christian vision and values, integrating them directly into the sporting life of the College while utilizing our Building Learning Power teaching framework.
Key Responsibilities
Directly responsible to the Director of Student Wellbeing, your leadership will encompass:
- Program Leadership: Oversee the K-12 sporting calendar, manage event compliance (risk assessments, transport), and direct the Sports Administrator.
- Carnivals & Weekly Sport: Lead major Senior and Junior School carnivals (Swimming, Cross Country, Athletics) and coordinate secondary weekly sports options.
