Reporting to the Head of Teaching and Learning (Secondary), the Leader of Professional Practice plays a key role in strengthening teacher capability and professional practice across the College. The role provides induction, mentoring, coaching, and accreditation support to newly appointed, early career, and developing teachers, while also facilitating professional learning and career development opportunities for staff.

Through collaboration with leaders and teachers, the role promotes evidence-informed practice, reflective professional growth, and a culture of continuous improvement that enhances teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
