The Leader of Learning – Digital Technologies reports to the Head of Teaching & Learning (Secondary) and provides strategic leadership for the development, delivery and continuous improvement of Digital Technologies education across the College. The role develops a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends, including areas such as cyber, defence, space and advanced technologies, to ensure their meaningful integration into teaching, learning and future student pathways.
The role leads the development and effective resourcing of contemporary technologies learning environments, supports staff capability and innovation in Digital Technologies, and promotes authentic, real-world learning experiences. Through the development of strategic partnerships with industry and tertiary providers, the Leader of Learning – Digital Technologies ensures curriculum programs remain contemporary, aligned to senior pathways, and responsive to evolving workforce and future skills demands through ongoing review and improvement.
