Role description
St Paul's College welcomes applications from strategic educational leaders seeking to join the College at an exciting time of growth. The expansion of the College has created new leadership opportunities to strengthen innovation, data-informed practice and digital capability across the College.

As an ex officio member of both the Primary and Secondary Leadership Teams, the Head of Data & Innovation provides strategic leadership for the development of a whole-school culture of data-informed improvement, innovation, and effective use of digital systems. The role leads the integration, analysis and application of student learning, wellbeing and engagement data to strengthen teaching practice, support decision-making, and improve student outcomes.
The Head of Data & Innovation also oversees the effective operation, governance and continuous improvement of the College’s learning management and data systems, including SEQTA and associated platforms. Working in partnership with College leaders, this role ensures data, systems and emerging technologies are used ethically, purposefully and effectively in support of the College’s strategic priorities, educational vision and continuous improvement agenda.
