Join Our Lady Queen of Peace School – Educational Support Officer, Administration Stream (Grade 2)
We are looking for a customer service driven team member to join our administration team. As the first point of contact for families, students, and visitors, you will provide a warm and professional presence while managing daily front‑office activity, enquiries, and administrative tasks.
Our Lady Queen of Peace School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Educational Support Officer – Front Office/Office Administration to join our vibrant and welcoming learning community. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the school and help create a positive, friendly environment for students, families, and staff.

This position is ideally 30 hours per week, but happy to negotiate.
Key responsibilities
- Providing an efficient, professional, and welcoming reception service for students, parents/caregivers, and visitors at all times.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships across the school community and with external stakeholders.
- Performing a wide range of administrative tasks and working collaboratively with the admin team.
- Applying competent computer skills across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and various database applications.
