Role description


This is a permanent part-time (0.4 FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026

The Role

As Lead Education Assistant (EA) your role is to mentor, coach, lead and model evidence-based practices for other EAs. As an important and valued leader, you will assist in supporting the Leadership Team in leading, growing and managing the Education Assistant workforce.

The successful applicant should operate collaboratively and be able to build and maintain effective team-based relationships. They will ideally be highly professional, organised and display excellent communication skills, drawing on these attributes when working with staff, school community members and external agencies.

The Lead EA will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) by assisting EAs to deliver targeted and responsive support aligned with student needs. This inc…
