Merrimac State High School is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Deputy Principal - Junior Secondary (7-8).
This pivotal leadership role will lead the strategic direction of our Junior Secondary phase, ensuring every student experiences high-quality teaching, strong wellbeing support and a deep sense of belonging as they transition into and progress through Secondary Schooling.
The successful applicant will be a highly visible and relational leader who can effectively balance strategic improvement, instructional leadership, student wellbeing, and operational excellence.
They will work collaboratively with staff, students, families and community partners to deliver exceptional outcomes for young adolescent learners.
