The School of Special Educational Needs: Medical and Mental Health (SSEN:MMH) are seeking to establish a pool of Primary teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

As Primary Teachers with SSEN: MMH, applicants will be a highly valued member of a team providing quality education to students whose physical or mental health presents difficulties in accessing their usual educational program. The co-teaching environment in our programs is diverse and dynamic on any given day, as you support individualised student needs within multi-age classrooms. Suitable applicants are adaptable and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you work with various other staff within and beyond education. Meeting the needs of all students requires you to work collectively with others and to be open to their opinions and perspectives, in order to achieve positive student outcomes.
