Siena College now invites applications for the role of Deputy Principal Learning & Teaching, commencing in January 2027.

Siena College is seeking an exceptional educational leader to shape the future of learning and teaching in our vibrant Catholic school for young women. Grounded in our Dominican tradition, this senior leadership role drives innovation, excellence and student success across the College.

As Deputy Principal Learning & Teaching, you will provide strategic leadership of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, professional learning and staff capability. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead whole-school improvement, champion evidence-informed practice and foster a culture where students and staff flourish.

The successful applicant will be an outstanding contemporary educator with a commitment to Catholic education and will demonstrate a passion for girls’ education, along with experience in leading a learning community marked by safe, inclusive and respectful relationships.
