Penola Catholic College has recently completed a review of our Positions of Leadership (POL) structure to ensure we have strong, strategic leadership within a culture of innovation and high expectations. Following this review, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Director of Students (POL4+) to join Penola Catholic College from 2027 to 2029.

As the Director of Students, you will be responsible for the guidance and support of Junior or senior students. You will promote pastoral care that authentically reflects the shared vision and values of our community. You will create a learning environment where students feel safe and connected, are self-reflective and aspirational, engaged and compassionate citizens. You will continually identify opportunities in which students may be supported to reach their full potential and learn to contribute to the rapidly changing world with confidence, integrity and resilience.

The Director of Students can be allocated to any bi-year level (7 and 8, 9 and 10, or 11 and 12) at either campus depending on the needs of the College.

Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.

About You
