Primary objective
Responsible for the efficient daily operational requirements of the Manayangkarrira Creche, including providing quality care to children. The position is required to work under the supervision of the SAO1 Childcare Director (Manager), who is managed by the Integrated Services Leader, who liaises with the Principal and College Council.
Context statement
Manayangkarrira Creche operates from the Child and Family Centre at Maningrida a College, a remote Indigenous birth to year 12 education setting located in West Arnhem land approximate 560kms from Darwin The college works in partnership with government and Aboriginal led organisations to build and deliver high quality integrated early childhood services that meet the needs of young children and families and gives every child the best start in life.
