Role description
Catherine McAuley School invites applications from passionate ESO Administration Officers – School Receptionists who would like to join our student focused, vibrant school community.
This is a casual relief role providing front office support Monday – Friday, between 8am and 3:30pm during school terms as needed. The casual hourly rate is $46.3539.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for school enquiries ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly in a quality, professional, personalised, empathetic and confidential manner as required.
- Applying a high level of interpersonal skills, handle enquiries from students, parents, employees, the school community and external parties, making accurate notes and referrals, relaying accurate messages and briefing school leaders relating to appointments as necessary.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic Administration team, supporting student services and enrolments officers throughout the school day.
- Perform a range of administrative duties at an advanced level to effectively meet the needs of the school.
- Undertake the full scope of Receptionist and administrative duties for the school, the leadership team and others as directed including organising calendars and appointments, arranging meetings and data management, ensuring confidentiality as required.
