PROGRAM FACILITATOR: FAMILY LIFE EDUCATION - CATHOLIC FAMILY AND JUSTICE SUPPORT SERVICES
Position Description
22.8 hours per week
Maximum Term - 1 year and 4 months (parental leave cover)
The Program Facilitator, Family Life Education (FLE), operates under the guidance of the Manager, CFJSS, to advance the Catholic Church’s mission by promoting its teachings. The Program Facilitator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of FLE services, creating and presenting educational content to relevant stakeholders, and actively promoting the Centre’s offering in alignment with its mandate.
About the role - a snapshot:
1 Program and Service Delivery – Support the Manager, CFJSS in coordinating and delivering programs that promote the Catholic Church’s teachings.
2 People Support – Coordinate the casual Family Life Educators as required, including managing rosters and timesheets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process booking requests, ensuring adequate staffing and appropriate costings for school presentations, workshops, and seminar days.
• Carry out/oversee the administrative tasks necessary for Family Life Education Services, including invoicing.
• Prepare the annual FLE report.
• Facilitate FLE programs as part of the FLE team, ensuring high-quality delivery to schools, parishes, and community groups.
