Role description
About the role
We invite passionate educators at every stage of their career to join our vibrant community of dedicated Teachers.
We are seeking an experienced Arts and Textiles Teacher who can inspire creativity, foster self-expression, and connect artistic learning with practical skills. To be successful this teacher will engage students in meaningful learning experiences that develop their creative thinking, technical expertise, and confidence in engaging with art and design. Our dynamic and contemporary curriculum supports students to create artistic and textile-based works and explore a range of materials, techniques, processes, and design principles while developing an appreciation for creativity and innovation.
Your teaching will reflect a commitment to explicit instruction, differentiation, and formative assessment, ensuring that all students are both supported and challenged. You will cultivate a learning environment that values curiosity, resilience, collaboration, and attention to detail, enabling students to develop both practical skills and an understanding of the cultural, historical, and contemporary contexts that shape artistic and textile practice.
Our community of talented educators strives to prepare students for life both within and beyond the classroom through the delivery of an engaging academic and behavioural curriculum. Through rich learning experiences, we encourage every student to discover their strengths, pursue their passions, and achieve their personal potential.
