Strathnairn School Classroom Teacher: permanent MTSS/EALD position – part-time (60%)

Strathnairn School is seeking a passionate and qualified classroom teacher with expertise in being part of a Multi Tiered Systems of Support team to join our foundation staff in 2026.

The school opened in early 2026, with phase one welcoming Preschool to Year 2 students and an ELC run by The Y. In 2027 the school will grow to include all year levels from preschool to year 6, supporting families in the fast‑growing Ginninderry region. With modern, sustainable, and inclusive learning spaces designed for up to 780 students, Strathnairn School offers an exciting chance to help shape a new school community. Staff will play a key role in building the school’s vision, values, culture and educational practices from the beginning.

In this foundational role the MTSS teacher position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of systems, processes and a positive learning culture from the ground up.
