Goornong Primary School is an energetic and friendly rural school located 30km north of Bendigo on the Midland Highway.

In 2026, the school has an enrolment of 45 students working across three classrooms ¿ Grades P/1, Grades 2/3 and Grades 4/5/6. The school's staff consists of the principal, two full-time classroom teachers, two part-time classroom teachers, three part-time integration aides and a part-time business manager. There are also two specialist teachers who visit our school to teach specialist subjects.
