Selection Criteria

SC1. Strategic Leadership and School Improvement

Demonstrated capacity to provide high-level strategic leadership and advice to the Principal, Leadership Team and School Council, including the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, organisational improvement initiatives and long-term business planning that support student outcomes.

SC2. Financial Management and Resource Planning

Highly developed experience in leading complex financial operations, including strategic budget development, financial forecasting, resource allocation, financial reporting, procurement, asset management and the provision of expert financial advice to support organisational sustainability and informed decision making.

SC3. Human Resource Management and Workforce Planning

Demonstrated experience in leading workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and organisational development. Proven ability to provide authoritative advice on staffing structures, workforce capability, compliance requirements and human resource management practices.

SC4. Leadership and Management of Staff

Proven ability to lead, manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance. Demonstrated experience in building staff capability, managing change and leading teams through organisational growth and improvement initiatives.
