SC2: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, solve problems, and maintain strong attention to detail in a busy school environment.
 

SC3: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with staff, students, families, School Council members, Department representatives, and external stakeholders, while building positive professional relationships and contributing to an organised, supportive and solutions-focused workplace culture.

 SC4: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and apply sound judgement when managing sensitive information and enquiries.

 SC5: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support school projects, initiatives and events, including planning, communication, timelines, and follow-up actions.

Role

The Executive Coordinator provides high-level executive, administrative and organisational support to the Principal. The role is central to supporting the effective operation of the Principal's office, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, briefing materials, presentations, follow-up actions and key school events.
