Selection Criteria

SC1 Demonstrated experience and skills in First Aid Management including exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage work priorities, meet deadlines and develop procedures and guidelines in a first aid and educational setting. 

SC2 A current qualification in first aid & CPR as well as comprehensive knowledge of  Anaphylaxis, Allergies, Asthma and Diabetes.

SC3 Demonstrated proficiency in the use of office systems, computer software or technical equipment as relevant to the position i.e. Compass, CASES21, Google Suite 

SC4 Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively, positively and diplomatically with a range of people including school staff, students, parents and the wider community while working independently and without constant supervision. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills in individual, group contexts and emergency situations.

SC5 Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate unexpected challenges, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in meeting the evolving needs and circumstances of the school environment. Demonstrated capacity to contribute to the culture of a school.
