Emmaus is seeking a skilled and passionate English Teacher to be part of our school community and enrich the lives of our students. This position is Temporary Part-Time commencing in Term 3 2026 till October 2027.

Position Criteria
Qualifications to teach English Stages 4–6 Strong knowledge of explicit teaching and evidence‑based approaches to English learning
Ability to differentiate and cater for diverse student needs to maximise learning
Solid understanding of effective learning environments, lesson design, technology use, assessment and feedback
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and continual improvement of practice
Collaborative, creative team member who sets high expectations for self and students
Able to inspire and motivate students to achieve and develop a love of learning.
