Tara Anglican School for Girls is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high-level support to the Principal. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our school community, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Principal’s office.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Principal, the Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, managing a wide range of administrative, operational and strategic activities. The role requires exceptional judgement, discretion and the ability to work in a dynamic school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Principal’s calendar, appointments and correspondence
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, events and school functions
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and documentation
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Principal, staff, parents and external stakeholders
  • Supporting governance processes, including Board and committee documentation
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Providing administrative support for strategic projects and initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
