Role description

Bundaberg North State High School is seeking a Deputy Principal to join our leadership team.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and leadership capacity, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and the wider community.
The role includes line management of two faculty Heads of Department, as well as oversight of two year levels, with a focus on student engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing.
