Role description
South East Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
An exciting opportunity exists for a temporary Manager, Wellbeing, to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professional supervisors across psychology, social work, youth work and guidance in the South East Region.
This role plays a critical leadership function in supporting workforce
capability, organisational development and the implementation of strategic priorities across the wellbeing workforce.
The successful applicant will provide leadership in a complex and evolving environment, working collaboratively with stakeholders to strengthen service delivery, support continuous
improvement and ensure the effective implementation of regional and statewide initiatives.
