Role description


This is a 6-month fixed term, part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

The Role

We are seeking a Primary Teacher who is experienced in the planning, delivery and assessment of Explicit Direct Instruction lessons. They should show the ability to effectively cater to the diverse learning needs of students, including those with challenging behaviours and diagnosed special needs, via differentiated content delivery, the use of engagement norms, and strong relationships with students. Teachers effectively deliver Direct Instruction programs, deliberately teach social-emotional wellbeing, and are actively involved in strong pastoral care processes to ensure positive outcomes for all students.

They will ideally be committed to ongoing professional growth and development, support current whole school processes and be collegial, effective collaborators.
