Role description
Instructional Coach - St Andrews Primary School, Marayong
St Andrews Primary School is seeking a skilled and collaborative Instructional Coach to join our team on a temporary full-time basis for the remainder of the 2026 school year, providing backfill for a team member on leave.
Working closely with the Principal and school leadership team, you will play a key role in strengthening teaching practice and improving student outcomes through evidence-informed coaching, mentoring and professional learning.

About the Role
The variety of your role will include:
Contributing to the delivery of CSPD's strategic intent and learning agenda within the school context.
Exercising Catholic leadership and fostering the faith formation of students and staff.
Supporting the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practices and school improvement priorities.
Coaching teachers and modelling effective classroom practice to improve student learning outcomes.
Supporting teachers to utilise assessment and data to inform differentiated and personalised learning.
Analysing and interpreting student data to guide teaching and learning improvement.
