Role description
We are seeking a passionate Junior Primary Team teacher to join our committed team. This position is in a team teaching role based with R-2 cohort in small complex site.
We have a strong focus on wellbeing, engagement and connection for all through a program of learning that provokes thinking, challenge and sparks joy for each learner and is underpinned by our values of respect, responsibility and compassion. - Experience working in team teaching environment where teachers plan and teach collaboratively to cater for the needs of a diverse range of learners.
- Demonstrated success in improving student engagement in learning by use of Berry Street Education Model or Trauma informed practices
- Experience in purposeful play based pedagogies and inquiry based learning with strong literacy and numeracy practices
