This is a 6 month fixed term, part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency

Dianella Heights Primary School (PS) is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Primary Science Teacher to join our vibrant and high-performing school community.

The Role

The successful applicant will ideally:

  • Deliver an engaging Science program aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum.
  • Encourage students to explore, question and investigate the world around them.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes scientific thinking and discovery.
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and staff to support whole-school STEM initiatives, and to develop new and exciting initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
