- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Support the implementation of wellbeing, inclusion and positive behaviour strategies within a school setting.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgement when supporting students and families.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Position Title
Student Wellbeing Support Officer
The Student Wellbeing Support Officer works collaboratively with school staff, students, families and external agencies to promote student wellbeing, engagement and inclusion. The role aims to support students to develop positive relationships, resilience, self-regulation skills and engagement in learning, ensuring every student is supported to thrive socially, emotionally and academically.
