Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1 Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure, capital works or facilities projects from planning through to completion, including project scheduling, risk management, procurement, contract administration and stakeholder reporting.
SC2 Demonstrated ability to efficiently monitor and manage project budgets within allocated funding parameters, ensuring compliance with financial policies, achieving value for money, and maintaining accurate financial reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
SC3 Demonstrated technical knowledge and sound understanding of DET governance and guidelines, Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) regulatory requirements and compliance obligations relevant to school capital works and infrastructure projects with the ability to ensure projects meet all statutory, safety and departmental standards.
SC4 Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience liaising effectively with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), architects, builders, consultants, contractors, school leadership teams and administrative staff to facilitate project delivery, resolve issues and maintain positive working relationships.
SC5 Proven ability to coordinate multiple project activities and stakeholders simultaneously, providing leadership, strategic and operational advice and support to the school administration
