Salary Range: $32.50 - $35.62 per hour pending experience + Super

Join our team as a School Officer - Assisting Student Learning, First Nations Education at St Joseph's Catholic School

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated School Officers - Assisting Student Learning, First Nations Education to work in a fixed-term, term-time position of 20 hours per week, continuing through to 4 December 2026.

In this rewarding role, you’ll nurture curiosity and a love of learning by providing hands-on support in the classroom, assisting students to achieve their individual learning goals, and helping to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that values and respects First Nations histories, cultures, and perspectives.

With patience, empathy, and understanding, you’ll build strong and trusting relationships with students - supporting their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of belonging as they learn and grow. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you’ll help monitor student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide meaningful encouragement that empowers every learner to thrive.
