Chifley College Bidwill Campus is a comprehensive 7-12 campus located in Mount Druitt on the land of the Darug people, sharing its site with Bidwill Public School to create a Pre-school to Year 12 community. The school serves 710 students representing diverse cultural backgrounds, including 25% Aboriginal students, 36% Pasifika students, and increasing populations from Afghan, Sudanese and Indian communities. Operating as a Choice Theory School, Chifley College applies principles of William Glasser and Marvin Marshall to foster student self-management and engagement within a culture of care, compassion and innovation. The school includes a substantial support unit with up to 104 students across eight specialist disability classes, supported by embedded teaching and learning teams that provide equitable access to educational opportunities for students with disabilities, EAL/D students, and those experiencing disadvantage.

Position Information
Chifley College Bidwill Campus is a comprehensive 7-12 campus in the Chifley College. Our school is in Western Sydney on the land of the Darug people and we also share our site with Bidwill Public School, giving us a uniquely family oriented, community atmosphere and culture. We have a diverse student population with an enrolment of 670 students, with 24% Aboriginal students and 40% students with a Pacific Islander background. Our Support Unit caters for the needs of 62 students including students in Stage 6. We focus on fostering a culture of high expectations and a shared commitment from all members of our school community to wellbeing, engagement, learning and success in and beyond school.
