Role description

About the role

This position offers the right applicant to join a dynamic specialist team at Our Lady of the Southern Cross School.  The position is to begin at the beginning of Term 2 (Tuesday 21st April, 2026) for the remainder of the school year with a high likelihood that it will be extended beyond this time.  There is a possibility for the role to be full time if required. 

The successful applicant will join a dynamic specialist teaching team. This position involves working and planning closely with the other specialist teachers, teams and curriculum leaders to engage and support student learning in the area of performing arts.  

Candidates must have an ability to plan, work and learn in a team environment. They must also have excellent management skills and have a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and compliment an already strong specialist team.    

This position is advertised as a 3 and a half day part-time 0.71 – Monday (half day), Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
